Civil Society Organisations (CSOs)

Water for Women is proud to be partnering with eight CSOs for the implementation of 15 WASH projects in the 2023-24 extension phase, which successfully pivoted to integrate climate risk identification, adaptation, mitigation, and resilience building.

From 2018-2022, Water for Women partnered with 10 CSOs for the implementation of 20 WASH projects across the region in this initial phase of the Fund. Five WASH projects were completed in 2022.

Each CSO also works with a number of other international and local development partners. Collaboration is a key focus of Water for Women in order to achieve sustainable and effective outcomes.
